On Arrival
Morning tea or coffee served with a selection of mini pain au chocolate / mini pain aux raisin / mini ham and cheese filled croissants / mini cheese and tomato filled croissants. 

Followed by a pre – lunch summer cocktail.

Carvery Station
Slow roasted topside of beef | Porchetta – rolled pork belly and shoulder, flavoured with fennel, garlic and rosemary | Leg of English lamb stuffed with pine nuts, sundried tomatoes and olives

All hand carved and served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and proper gravy

Roasted carrots and squash | creamed savoy cabbage with pesto | buttered broccoli
 

Deli Stations
Fish
Whole dressed salmon, potted crab, prawn cocktails, cured trout, smoked salmon and mackerel, pickled cockles

Meat
Glazed ham, Persian chicken terrine, house cured salt beef, Milano salami and air-dried ham. Served with pickled vegetables and mustards

Salad
Local and seasonal leaves | Isle of Wight tomato salad | cucumber, pomegranate, fennel and kalonji seeds| white beans, squash and mint | coleslaw with chives and chervil | steamed grains with pickled carrot and parsley | roasted summer vegetables with chimichurri
 Toasted seeds | hummus | dips | chutneys | bread sticks | dressings | flavoured oils | 

 

Dessert Station
Pimms jelly | Eton mess | dark chocolate pots | rhubarb panna cotta | fruit platter

Crepe and ice cream station
Freshly prepared traditional crepes made by our chef. Served with a selection of toppings and an ice cream station.
Chocolate ganache | traditional lemon and sugar | marshmallows | rum infused pineapple | bananas | syrups | honey | Dulce de leche | 100’s and 1000’s | whipped cream

 

Cheese board
South Coast cheeses from our local suppliers served with rustic biscuits, fruit chutneys and pickles

 

Afternoon Tea

Start the afternoon with a glass of bubbles
Followed by a selection of finger sandwiches 
Cucumber and cream cheese | smoked salmon | ham and mustard
Fruit scones served with strawberry jam and clotted cream, lemon drizzle cake and raspberry cream, French macarons and mini eclairs
 Served with tea or coffee a perfect way to end a spectacular day.
